We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

• Product received in damaged condition

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn

• All original tags must be attached (not removed)

• The item must be in original packaging

• The item must be in the same condition as received

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Used or worn products

• Items with removed or damaged tags

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The product must be sent back to the original shipping address from where it was delivered.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about approval.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
